Delete My Account
- Your account will be deactivated immediately after confirmation. You will no longer be able to access your account.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within a maximum period of 1 year from the date of the deletion request.
Steps to delete your account
Open the app
Open the Idea Organizanto app on your mobile or desktop device.
Go to the bottom menu
In the bottom navigation bar, tap the option that shows your name and profile avatar. This option is only visible when you have an active session logged in.
Open the options menu
Tapping on your account will open a menu with several options. Select the "Profile" option to view your account information.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile
Once on the profile screen, scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find the account deletion section.
Tap "Delete Account"
At the bottom of the profile you will find the "Delete Account" button. Tap it to begin the deletion process.
Confirm the deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning carefully: your account will be deactivated immediately and all your data will be permanently deleted within 1 year. Confirm to proceed.
What happens when you confirm?
Immediate deactivation
Your account will be deactivated right away. You will not be able to log in or use any account features after confirmation.
Data deletion within 1 year
All personal data associated with your account (email, name, profile picture) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within a maximum period of 1 year.
No recovery possible
Once confirmed, the account deletion cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover access to your account.
